Most in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For shipments from China, estimated transit after dispatch is 10-18 business days by air or 30-40 business days by sea. These transit estimates do not include processing time. Pre-orders follow the dispatch schedule on the product page. See our Shipping Policy for routes, fees and destination exceptions.

For shipments from China, peak-season shipping delays may add approximately 7 calendar days to the estimated delivery timeframe, in addition to the business-day ranges shown.

Import duties and taxes depend on the shipping arrangement shown for your destination. Indonesia and Brazil orders are shipped on a DDU basis: import duties, VAT and local charges are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy and checkout for the applicable terms.
