Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@pakracards.com with your order number. If the order has not been processed, packed, fulfilled, or handed to the carrier, we will cancel it and refund the payment to the original payment method.

After dispatch

Once an order has been packed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may not be able to stop the shipment. If the order has already shipped, EU customers may use the 14-day right of withdrawal described in our Refund Policy for eligible goods. Non-EU orders are handled under our standard return rules.

EU cancellation rights

For eligible goods delivered to the European Union, customers can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after delivery. To use this right, email contact@pakracards.com within the deadline and follow the return instructions we provide.

Pre-orders and private customer listings

Pre-orders can usually be canceled before fulfillment begins. Private customer listings and proxy-sourced items are reviewed case by case; contact us immediately if you need a change before the item is sourced, packed, or shipped.
