Indonesia orders — import duties and taxes are not included

English: Orders shipped to Indonesia do not include prepaid import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, carrier handling fees, or other local charges. The recipient is responsible for paying every amount required by Indonesian customs, tax authorities, the carrier, or a clearance provider before delivery.

Bahasa Indonesia: Pesanan yang dikirim ke Indonesia tidak termasuk bea masuk, PPN, biaya pengurusan bea cukai, biaya penanganan kurir, atau biaya lokal lainnya. Penerima bertanggung jawab membayar seluruh biaya yang diwajibkan oleh bea cukai, otoritas pajak, kurir, atau penyedia jasa kepabeanan di Indonesia sebelum penyerahan.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. In-stock single-card orders follow the same 3-5 business day processing time. Pre-order products are generally shipped in around 30 business days, depending on the product release and arrival schedule.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

The PAKRACARDS Packaging Promise

We are collectors too, so we understand that condition is everything. We package every order with extreme care:

  • Single Cards: Every card is placed in a soft penny sleeve, then inside a rigid top loader, or semi-rigid protection for high-value orders, and sealed in a team bag. We sandwich the card between cardboard pads for extra protection to prevent bending.

  • Sealed Products: Bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with proper padding. We never ship booster boxes in flimsy bubble mailers.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees and any free-shipping threshold depend on the destination and shipping service. Applicable charges are displayed in your selected currency at checkout. Destination-specific terms are listed below.

Brazil shipping: Orders shipped to Brazil are eligible for free shipping when the order subtotal reaches US$60 or more. Orders under US$60 will be charged a US$10 shipping fee.

Indonesia shipping: Current China-origin orders use a US$10 shipping rate below US$60 and are eligible for free shipping at US$60 or more. Applicable local-currency amounts are shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes are not included.

Shipping Times After Dispatch

Most orders ship from China to the destinations currently available at checkout. Products fulfilled from our U.S. location follow the separate U.S.-warehouse option shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery after shipment: All estimates below are in business days and exclude the 3-5 business day processing period. Air and sea are different routes; the applicable route depends on the product, order size and destination.

  • Air shipping from China: 10-18 business days after dispatch.

  • Indonesia: air shipments up to 2 kg take 10-18 business days; sea shipments over 2 kg take 30-40 business days after dispatch.

  • Brazil: shipped by sea freight, usually 30-40 business days after dispatch

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to local courier processing, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other logistics conditions.

Special Shipping Arrangement for Large Orders

For very large orders, we may ship by sea freight. Sea freight usually takes around 30-40 business days after dispatch.

This may apply when the order contains large or bulky products, especially plush toys, or multiple sealed card boxes, usually 8 boxes or more. Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold for these orders are shown at checkout.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Default policy — all destinations except Indonesia and Brazil: Depending on the applicable shipping arrangement, eligible orders may be shipped with DDP service. When DDP applies, applicable import duties and taxes are handled under that shipping arrangement. Customers should review the product page and checkout for the duty treatment offered for their destination.

Indonesia and Brazil (DDU): Import duties, VAT, customs fees and local charges are not included. Customers are responsible for charges imposed by local authorities. This may include charges collected by customs agencies, carriers, or customs clearance providers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will usually become active within 24 hours.
