These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from PAKRACARDS.

Products

We sell collectible trading cards, sealed card products, blind-box collectibles, plush, accessories, and related merchandise. Product names, IP names, character names, and brand names are used to identify collectible items only. No upstream IP-owner endorsement of this seller is claimed unless explicitly stated.

Prices, payment, taxes, and duties

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

Default policy — all destinations except Indonesia and Brazil: Depending on the applicable shipping arrangement, eligible orders may be shipped with DDP service. When DDP applies, applicable import duties and taxes are handled under that shipping arrangement. The product page, checkout, or Shipping Policy will describe the duty treatment offered for the destination.

Indonesia and Brazil (DDU): Import duties, VAT, customs fees and local charges are not included. Customers are responsible for charges imposed by local authorities.

Order acceptance and availability

After an order is placed, we may verify availability, payment, shipping eligibility, and fraud-risk signals before fulfillment. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund the affected item or order.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather, and destination-country processing can affect delivery time. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Cancellations, returns, and EU withdrawal

Order cancellations are handled under our Cancellation Policy. Returns, damaged items, and the EU 14-day right of withdrawal are handled under our Refund Policy. EU customers can withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days after delivery by contacting us within the deadline.
