Strict No-Return Policy on Opened Products

Due to the nature of collectible trading cards (TCG) and the volatility of the market, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened products (including Booster Boxes, Packs, and Cases). Once the factory seal is broken or the shrink wrap is removed, the item is considered "used" and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Conditions for Return:

• Returns are only accepted if the item is 100% Factory Sealed and in its original, untampered condition.
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an incorrect item or if the package was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at [contact@pakracards.com] with photos of the parcel.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We cover all customs fees and import duties. The price you see is the final price you pay. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

3. Packaging for Collectors
We understand that condition is everything. All Booster Boxes and cards are strictly packaged with bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive in Mint Condition. We treat every package as if it were our own collection.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 10 - 15 Business Days.
(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics carrier issues.)
