Return eligibility depends on your destination, the product and its condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for the applicable conditions and legal rights. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact contact@pakracards.com for help before sending it back.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For shipments from China, estimated transit after dispatch is 10-18 business days by air or 30-40 business days by sea. These transit estimates do not include processing time. Pre-orders follow the dispatch schedule on the product page. See our Shipping Policy for routes, fees and destination exceptions.

Import duties and taxes depend on the shipping arrangement shown for your destination. Indonesia and Brazil orders are shipped on a DDU basis: import duties, VAT and local charges are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy and checkout for the applicable terms.
