One standard display contains 18 packs with 5 cards per pack, for 90 randomized cards. U.S. fulfillment describes the shipping location, not the card language.

The manufacturer's Chinese product guide lists 165 card designs across 11 rarity categories. The gallery includes original ◇ZR “Ripples of Memory” artwork, HY12-◇ZR-001L5 and HY12-◇ZR-002L5, plus SC examples featuring Fluttershy (HY12-SC-005L5) and Rainbow Dash (HY12-SC-003L5). Original artwork, identifiers and card-face language are preserved in the English guide layouts.

The original Chinese Moon 12 specification graphic gives two five-card pack configurations:
