Shipping & Handling

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Single-card orders are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. Pre-order products are generally shipped in around 30 business days, depending on the product release and arrival schedule.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

The PAKRACARDS Packaging Promise

We are collectors too, so we understand that condition is everything. We package every order with extreme care:

  • Single Cards: Every card is placed in a soft penny sleeve, then inside a rigid top loader, or semi-rigid protection for high-value orders, and sealed in a team bag. We sandwich the card between cardboard pads for extra protection to prevent bending.

  • Sealed Products: Bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with proper padding. We never ship booster boxes in flimsy bubble mailers.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping for most supported regions whenever possible.

Brazil shipping: Orders shipped to Brazil are eligible for free shipping when the order subtotal reaches US$60 or more. Orders under US$60 will be charged a US$10 shipping fee.

Indonesia shipping: Indonesia is not eligible for our free shipping policy because shipping costs to this region are extremely high. For orders shipped to Indonesia, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual shipping cost.

Shipping Times After Dispatch

We ship worldwide via our trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • Europe and North America: 10-15 business days

  • Indonesia: 20-30 days

  • Brazil: shipped by sea freight, usually 30-40 days after dispatch

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to local courier processing, customs clearance, weather, holidays, or other logistics conditions.

Special Shipping Arrangement for Large Orders

For very large orders, we may ship by sea freight. Sea freight usually takes around 30-40 days after dispatch.

This may apply when the order contains large or bulky products, especially plush toys, or multiple sealed card boxes, usually 8 boxes or more. This arrangement helps us continue offering free shipping to most regions while keeping the order safely packed and delivered at a reasonable logistics cost.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Default policy — all destinations except Indonesia and Brazil: Depending on the applicable shipping arrangement, eligible orders may be shipped with DDP service. When DDP applies, applicable import duties and taxes are handled under that shipping arrangement. Customers should review the product page and checkout for the duty treatment offered for their destination.

Indonesia and Brazil (DDU): Import duties, VAT, customs fees and local charges are not included. Customers are responsible for charges imposed by local authorities. This may include charges collected by customs agencies, carriers, or customs clearance providers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will usually become active within 24 hours.
