Are PAKRACARDS products authentic?

Yes. PAKRACARDS sells authentic resale items sourced through legitimate channels. The store is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kayou, Hasbro, or other intellectual property owners.

What is the difference between sealed boxes and single cards?

Sealed boxes are unopened card products for collectors who want the pack-opening experience. Single cards are individual listings for buyers who want a specific character, rarity, card code, or series without opening a full box.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Standard delivery is usually estimated at 10-15 business days, depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, and product availability.

How are import duties and taxes handled?

Default policy — all destinations except Indonesia and Brazil: Depending on the applicable shipping arrangement, eligible orders may be shipped with DDP service. When DDP applies, applicable import duties and taxes are handled under that shipping arrangement. Check the product page and checkout for the duty treatment offered for your destination.

Indonesia and Brazil (DDU): Import duties, VAT, customs fees and local charges are not included. Customers are responsible for charges imposed by local authorities.

Can opened trading cards be returned?

Opened booster boxes, packs, and cards are final sale. Returns are generally limited to sealed, untampered products and must follow the current return policy and return window.

How are collector products packed?

Cards, boxes, plush goods, blind boxes, charms, and bags are packed with protective materials selected for the product type to reduce transit damage and preserve collectible condition.
